My husband and I ate here on Sunday. We ordered the eggs benedict and the colorado omlette It wasn't anything to write home about but it was decent. They were very busy but we didn't have to wait for a table and our waitress was friendly and attentive. They also had a balloon man there would be fun if you had kids.

Very impressed with breakfast at IHOP. I like poached eggs. The proper way to serve them in on a piece of bread as, for example, on an English muffin like in eggs Benedict. Without having said anything my poached eggs came cradled on a piece of wheat toast. That hasn't ever happened before. But seriously, I realized today that IHOP is almost always flawless in delivering a good meal experience. Tamara, our server today, oversaw everything perfectly. Good show. In our view it's simply the best place for breakfast around here. 20% off for seniors on Tuesdays makes it even sweeter. Can't go wrong here

WOW !!!! I was so suprize as to how good this meal & experience was. Thursday 1130 AM. We got a table right wifey got peaches pancake me salad and fried chicken. Stacy our server was quick and helpful. I was suprized at the salad. Expecting iceberg I got other more nutritious greens. It was pretty and tasty .Dressing outstanding My fried chicken was hot tasty & white meat very moist. I did not know what to expect but this was alllll good. Pancake with lots of whip cream with sweet peaches so filling. I will definitely be back..

Wow, today was a pleasant surprise! Now this is iHop, so I can't give a 5 star review, but both my girl and I commented on the great experience. We were greated with a smile immediately. Our server was peppy and up beat, and even helped me substitute mushrooms for bacon! Food was better than anticipated, my omlette was loaded with spinach, and not greasy. On the way out a manger stopped us to ask how the food was, and wished us a happy rest of the day. I have been at some 5 star places that don't see you out the door with a smile. Slap me silly and throw a pancake at me, iHop nailed it this time!

Our family experience here on Sunday morning 9/14/14,was AWESOME!Memorable. Coffee was bold, robust, FRESH and Perfect temperature. Generally this does not happen consistently at places that are known for Specifically Coffee. A small family breakfast get together. Our food was A+, Hot,Moist(No Dry Cold Hashbrowns) here. By the way at IHOP I always get great poached eggs. Don't know why? But many places do not make poached eggs... For whatever reason. However, I have been informed in some "You would think "Nice establishments. That they do not have the equipment or capacity to make poached eggs. They are low in calories I asked for them soft but not Gooley, that seems to work most of the time when it comes to,"PLEASE MAKE SURE MY EGGS ARE NOT RAW, OR COOPED LIKE HOCKEY PUCKS ". For some wonderful reason, at most IHOP's I have been to. Imagine that?? Such a simple thing to do. Great when it comes for kids, they can deep toasting them and they seem to also like them. Good thing to keep in mind since even for the little ones you can always order eggs cooked anyway you like. Of course keep in mind, that most of us understand some children are allergic to eggs :-( but that's what egg substitute is four or plain toast with peanut butter and jelly :-) Whoops shame on me, I forgot about the peanut allergy. The meal went very well actually, wonderful. THE BIGGEST BONUS OF THE BREAKFAST WAS JESSICA. She is a freelance very nice pretty personable young lady. Who happens to be a balloon artist! Our little granddaughter at three-year-old was with us and other family and Jessica made for her a little mermaid out of balloons. Also a princess crown. Children get to choose the colors that they want of course Jessica puts together the right combination for characters of movies and of course other requests by children. Great success!! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AND VISIT OUR FAMILY! Since it's only an hour and a half away on weekends from where we live on Hyde Park, Tampa. This was not planned or we did not know about Jessica being there on Saturdays and Sundays. They better keep her because she really was a major asset to our morning big :-) Most bad Michelle our server was very good and she was able to multitask very well with such a busy morning. The manager was very pleasant and greeted us and all the customers, the staff seems to work very well together. CONGRATS! TO THIS PARTICULAR IHOP ON COLONIAL IN FORT MYERS! My wife and I both had Swedish pancakes and shared a side of bacon. Our carafe of decaf coffee was not hot enough but it was quickly and cheerfully replaced with good, hot, fresh brewed decaf. Everything, including service was good and the restaurant was clean and well appointed (possibly new or recently remodeled).

Stopped in for breakfast, and to be honest my expectations were pretty low. It's no secret that I have not been a fan of places like IHOP in the past. We were going to try out First Watch across the street, but they were packed so we came here instead. The place was hot inside almost like the air conditioner was broken, or maybe it was because they have so many people crammed into one space. The place really could have been cleaner. The ceiling tiles were dirty, and had what looked to be mold in some spaces. The restaurant overall just had a grimy, dirty feel to it. Our coffee pot was dirty, and I had to clean it myself with baby wipes. We were there with our 3 kids, and I felt like i had to wipe down and thoroughly sanitize the booth and seats before letting anyone touch anything. Again, I wasn't really bothered by these things because my expectations were low. I don't think I have ever been in an IHOP that wasn't hot and dirty. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and they were delicious. I was really pleasantly surprised. I would be giving 2 or even 1 star if it wasn't for my meal being so good. I get that you guys are what you are, and will probably continue to be packed, but it might not be a bad idea to clean the place up a bit. We only came here out of desperation, and we won't be running back.

Been three times now, only got to eat once. I think the management needs to step in here and completely re-do the night-time staff. The last two times we went in, we stood for at least 15 minutes without being approached by a staff member. Our last visit (which will be our very last visit) the waitress was sitting at a table full of people chatting, and stared at us the entire time we waited by the door to be seated. Maybe the day-time staff is better, otherwise I can't imagine where these positive reviews are coming from.

This IHOP would have to improve dramatically just to get to sucks ! Terrible service, staff on cell phones ignoring customers, filthy tables booths floor, and the buttermilk cakes were worst ever. Only plus was waitress was at least friendly. Went in hungry - left hungrier.

This place needs some serious help at night time. When I walked in there were two tables already seated, once we sat down she immediately asked what we'd want to drink. She came back with the drinks and asked if we needed a minute. I said yes so she walks to the back and starts messing around for almost ten minutes. The cook ended up walking out and I had to tell him we were ready, the table behind us spoke up as well. He memorised our order and said it would be 8 minutes, turned out to be 10 but no complaints there. We were just happy to be fed. By the time the food had arrived she hadn't cared to ask for refills even though my friends drink was empty. Poor service, decent food.

The food and the service here is great. Even when it's busy, we get seated within 10-15 mins. Do go early when it's " season", the wait could extend to 45 mins if u come later in the morning. I always order the rooty tooty or the steak omelette. They are both delicious. I prefer coming here than Denny's.
